Great location. Beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Comfortable bed. My only complaint - the mini fridge bar was buzzing a high pitched noise all night.

It was a very nice hotel. We checked in early and it wasn't an issue, bonus! We had a very nice and clean room it also had a shower and a bathtub. But, there wasn't enough hot water to use the tub. Did call the front desk and was advised because we were in a corner room we had to run the water for 10 -15 minutes. We tried that but still wasn't successful. The next morning we went to customer service, she offered to move our room to another room without a bathtub. Which was a lot of work for nothing. Was disappointed paying such a high rate and wasn't able to use the tub. They did offer us 2 free drinks but we didn't use the coupons.

This hotel was a wonderful spot for me. Close to the Kayseya Center, where the Miami Heat play. A Starbucks on the inside. Only thing I wished they would open a little later. The late night walks were convenient and peaceful. The valet personnel were friendly. The food at the hotel was good as well. I really enjoyed myself and the money was very much worth it.

Ernesto un check in was amazing, gave us insight on dinning options and treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. This hotel is a fun place to stay it teta the party started, the torotoro restaurant on site has great staff and service as well.

The Intercontinental Miami never disappoints me. Always clean, friendly staff ready to assist if needed. Great location. We enjoyed our walks by the water. Will definitely stay next time we're in Miami.

Shower was dirty with hair all over it. Was told I would receive a refund for one night and it would be cleaned as soon as possible. It was still never cleaned. Very gross and disappointing that they can’t clean the shower. We also found a child’s sock in our room and don’t have small children!!
