This is a nice property with great amenities and close to ports. I would stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready still hadn’t gotten a text that it was ready at listed check in time. Went to the desk and it had been ready. Terrible. Sent me to pool restaurant to wait but there are hardly any tables. Food delivery isn’t allowed to the room and the front desk kept me waiting to pick it up.

Terrible room for almost $400. Paper thin walls,, connected to two other rooms. A/C is not strong enough to cool the room - this is Miami in the Summer.

Very nice property! Received an room upgrade at the front desk after inquiring on availability. The staff all around was top notch and hard working. Only complaint was the cabana hostess (mid height, European, blond hair) assumed my guest and I could not afford the cabana and preceded to usher out of the area instead of acknowledging our use of the area and attempting to make a sale. I would have paid the $400 but after her blatant assumption, I was not inclined to purchase the area.

Wowwwwww! Had the pleasure and good fortune to book a Saturday before our cruise, early June. Did not know when booking Saturday’s are a great time to be at the pool. Music was great, amenities were amazing and short walk to Bayside Boardwalk was incredible. Highly recommend this spot. Made our trip to Miami classic and memorable. They literally have everything at this hotel.

The hotel, grounds, and staff were impeccable.

We enjoyed it very much. We are planning a return trip. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in could have been a bit more friendly but still went well.

We stayed at Intercontinental before our cruise on the Icon. It was highly recommended by other cruisers. The hotel is beautiful and the service was top tier. the spa area is included in your stay, and my husband loved it. the pool area was beautiful. Many people on other reviews complained that there was not enough sun at the pool, but I thought there was plenty even though I was not trying to sunbathe. The staff at the pool bar were very nice. the drinks and food served at the pool bar were all great. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and entertainment. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, they offered fresh, healthy options as well as traditional breakfast items. This hotel is just a few minutes from the port, so a very short uber ride was all we needed. We will always stay at Intercontinental when we are in Miami.

Excellent property for a one night pre-cruise. Close to the cruise port, shopping, cvs for essentials and several restaurants and family attractions / activities. I will stay again.
