Lovely hotel

What a wonderful place to stay per cruise the view from our window was beautiful and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in

Service was amazing from all staff encountered. Hotel had a great proximity to food and entertainment

Staff was great! We stayed in room 611. The mini fridge is noisy & a/c isn't great.

Everything was fine

Stayed here July 4 to 7. Let’s just say it was an experience. The TV never worked. The shower area had this constant dripping sound and water on the floor. I actually almost slipped. The fridge sounded like it was trying to escape the room. It rumbled nonstop through the night. Sleeping was more of a suggestion than a reality. They gave us a $200 credit and we used it at the spa. We went for the Vitamin C facial, expecting something relaxing. It lasted about an hour and involved a light being shined on our faces and some products I didn’t recognize. Maybe it’s just not my thing. My partner said you could get something similar elsewhere for way less. Felt more like a skincare demo than a real spa treatment. The issues weren’t small and they weren’t acceptable. A room at this level should function properly. Credit or not, the overall experience was poor and not something I’d recommend to others.

Its location

It was not on the beach so not quite what I was looking for, but turns out that the fireworks were right outside and almost any attraction like boat rides are close to the hotel’s location. I did switch to the beach before my stay was up because I wanted that experience as well, but overall the hotel was great.

The pool size vs H is a joke . Over crowded / bad services. 5 stars H ? Can’t imagine how they get those stars. A solid 4 yes

The hotel informed us at check in that our room we reserved was not available. I had booked this room approximately 2 months in advance as it is the same hotel we come to every year for my son’s birthday. After I was told I didn’t get the oceanfront room I reserved, I asked if it was still a 2 queen room and was told yes. I was offered a $100 credit to their restaurant as compensation, however we already had reservations for both days elsewhere. When we got to our room we had no view, and only 1 bed. I called down to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms. My two teenage kids had to sleep on the floor. Also, being so hot we got drinks for the room however the refrigerator didn’t work. We never used the $100 credit for restaurant. Disappointing visit as we have stayed here 4 years in a row and this is the first bad trip.

Excellent!!

The hotel facilities are very nice, but you need to be careful with your bill when you check out. They added items to my room that we never used, and we placed an order for $32.05, but they charged $64.10 — they simply doubled the amount without any explanation. Worst of all, they never refunded the money. I don’t recommend this hotel due to their lack of honesty when settling the bill.
