Friendly check in but set your standards very low, the room was sooo gross, mismatched old furniture, curtains that were ripped, falling apart, full of cob webs,bottom of bed all ripped, bathroom was terrible all stained, mildew, corrosion, holes in wall, peeling paint all over. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train all night.

Cockroaches Everywhere! Sheets were dirty! Exactly why I normally bring my own from home when not in a rushed scenario like I was that day. Got absolutely no sleep. Concierge people were extremely rude!

The hotel was dated and my room ceiling was pealing the door had a bind was hard to open close.

This is the absolute worst location I have even been ! This is the crack house bite mares are made of !

There was an initial issue with the booking where they thought I only had one room versus two. The manager attempted to fix it. My biggest gripe is how dirty it was. The hard surface floors were definitely not swept. Bugs and dirt. I didn’t see any alive bugs, but plenty of dead ones. I look for, but did not see any bedbugs so that’s good. But really I thought it was very dirty in both rooms

Disgusting! This hotel should be condemned and Expedia should be ashamed to have it as an option on their site. I have travelled extensively and I can honestly say that this is the worst motel I have ever seen in my life. The lobby literally had a tiny filthy fish tank in it and looks like it is already shut down. We had pre booked based on location prior to our cruise and the photos on the Expedia site. The motel is absolutely disgusting and the owners should be visited by the health authorities. We could not get a refund because we pre booked. The staff showed us three rooms each one worse than the last. The bathrooms were urine soaked and filthy with toilet seats falling off and showers that you would literally get more dirty standing in than not showering at all. The floors and counters had piles of dirt in every corner, the outlets were hanging out of the wall, and the curtains were torn. To top it off, the place is infested with roaches. This motel should be demolished. I will be adding photos to their gallery that show the true state of this place and reporting it. Please do not be fooled by the location being close to the port. The area is unsafe and the property is revolting.

One the mini fridge was broken and left over items where inside with mold, smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag and cigarette butts where everywhere. For a one night stay to get on the cruise it was ok. Clerk was very friendly. Get rid of the junk vehicles from parking lot. Place reminder me of the movie Home Alone. Dolphin motel!

The pictures say one story and the location and the people it draws is another. Will not be staying here longer than today.

Customer service was great! Room was very outdated and bed uncomfortable. Great location and parking.

Motel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is safe and quiet. Only 20 to 30min from the Kennedy Space Centre. Basic continental breakfast provided.

No frills hotel, it does the job.. water was hot, towels were thin, would want more towels and more pillows, maybe you can request, we didn't.

The room was disorganized and the AC/Heating unit was apart reviling mold on the coils. Due to being 5AM after a delayed flight, we just went with it

You definitely get what you pay for.
