We were in Merritt Island for a wedding and wanted a room near the venue. The price was good so we took a chance even after reading a couple unfavorable reviews. The staff was very accommodating and nice! The breakfast was basic but free. The room was ok for the price; no frills, very basic. The beds were clean, which is all we really cared about. The floor was dirty; I cleaned it with a washcloth and hand towels. Pretty much it's a get what you pay for place. Probably would stay there again.

OK, high score overall cause of value and location. Also, nice staff. But it's definitely a property that's seen better days. Pretty rundown. Had to change rooms cause of mildew, but desk clerk was eager to find me a new room.

Small hole in bathroom wall. Tiles in tub surround were cracked and broken. Older place. Bed was comfortable staff was pleasant. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but looked clean and several kids were in it having fun

Older hotel, floors need to be cleaned more but laminate flooring better than carpets. Many of the guests appear to be residents. Front desk guy very accommodating, offered me choice of 2 rooms. Limited breakfast. Good location. It is what you would expect for the price.

Just enough for 1 night pre or post cruise. Needs a major renovations for bathroom it was bordeline. Floors and bath were cracked. Towels were white with dark spots i asked for other ones. We didn’t take the free breakfast, too unsure. Good location with restaurant and major grocery across.

The property was in poor condition. The door was difficult to open and close and the chain lock was missing. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. No regular coffee was available for the in room coffee maker.

Friendly check in but set your standards very low, the room was sooo gross, mismatched old furniture, curtains that were ripped, falling apart, full of cob webs,bottom of bed all ripped, bathroom was terrible all stained, mildew, corrosion, holes in wall, peeling paint all over. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train all night.

Cockroaches Everywhere! Sheets were dirty! Exactly why I normally bring my own from home when not in a rushed scenario like I was that day. Got absolutely no sleep. Concierge people were extremely rude!
