All was good

Great stay. Front desk staff very helpful in regards to things to do seeing as we aren’t from the area.

The stay was good and the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly! The only part I did not like about this hotel was that they charged a $10 parking fee. I feel like if I were to pay for my room, one parking spot should come with that room.

Didn’t receive the bed or class/balcony that I paid for. That kinda felt bad… however the staff, especially the restaurant/bartender was absolutely amazing. Hot tub was incredible. I would book again, assuming that I received the bed/accommodations I paid for.

We had a great visit and ate in the restaurant, enjoyed the hot tub.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was pleasant and I admired the decor. I strongly disagree with the parking fee and this discourages me from staying again

I purchased a room with a balcony with confirmation. I got a room without one. When I notified from staff they said they did not have any. Front staff could have been more engaging and friendly. Front staff gave keys and told us where elevator was. Typically, front staff informs you of where amenities are located with times, shuttle services, and basics about the hotel. There was not perceived effort to change the room. Additionally, it is mid April - the hotel is not at capacity.

We loved the staff at the hotel and how smooth the check in and check out was. The property is clean and convenient with a restaurant and a bar. There is a nice common area and a spacious hot tub.

Way overpriced. I had the same room at a Holiday Inn, closer to Loon for a 3rd of the price. You could barely park in the parking lot. The snow removal was neglected. There was a lake in front of the entrance. After they checked me in and took my card, they informed me I was going to have to pay an additional fee for my car?!?! How is that not included? was I expected to walk there? I believe at the time there was a description of a shuttle to the Mtn, Its a city bus and no, it is not ski friendly. There were the biggest icicles you've ever seen hanging everywhere. Very dangerous. Last but not least. There were leaks pouring water into the building at several points. Including the shabby run down pool table area that is not as nice as the pictures would suggest. I do not almost ever leave a bad review but this place almost begged me for one. Plane and simple its a rip off hiding behind Killington's name. The Worst part is this is the only place to complain because the staff is very nice and does not deserve to hear it because its clearly not there fault.

The room was with average with two nice porches attached. The bathroom had both a plugged shower and a plugged sink and this was reported to the front desk staff however it was never fixed during our entire stay. The staff in kitchen area are great, however they are at most times overwhelmed with not enough staff. The large seating area for eating was blocked off so often not enough seating area in small dining area. The big hot tub was the best part of our stay in addition to two porches to the outside.

Great property and great staff. Appropriate for families or couples interested in skiing at nearby Killington. We had a change in plans and the hotel was very accommodating. We will be back. This is our Killington number one choice for lodging.
