Knights Inn Nashville

Close to our venue and great breakfast!

I enjoyed how close it was to broadway. The room was perfect.The staff was extremely inviting and caring! Would stay again if in Nashville!!

As we were approaching the hotel, we literally saw someone being mugged at gunpoint. I decided obviously not to stay. I never checked in. And I went to a different hotel. It's in a really bad part of Nashville and you should not be any longer putting it up on the Expedia site. I tried to contact you but I had no way of doing so. There's nothing on your side that allowed me to chat with anyone or talk to anybody about it or make a phone call

We enjoyed our stay

This is more a motel than a hotel. The area is scary. Like legitimately scary. There are various homeless and/or drug addicted people roaming the grounds. They so graciously offer to allow you to park in the motel parking lot for an extra 10 dollars a night, that isn't mentioned on hotels.com or elsewhere. Granted, my car was not stolen or broken into, but I still felt the need to actually turn the alarm on for once. The room itself was not great. Half the lights didn't work due to missing bulbs. Various stains. Just not a great impression. I will never stay in another Knight's Inn. Do better, guys.

It was good and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, beds comfortably, decent size frig and microwave, hot water with excellent water pressure, and the free breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great deal at this price point. Would definitely stay here again.

The poperty and price we good. The handicapped accesibility was an issue for me if iI didnt want to drive to breakfast. Front desk staff easily processed my credit card but didn’t seem open to additional questions.

There are tons of hidden prices tacked on that you don't find out about until you check-in, like parking lot fees.

We found cockroaches in the bathroom.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. It's super sketchy. I knew I'd made a mistake in booking as soon as I pulled up. The staff is weirdly unfriendly. When I checked in, the person at the front desk originally didn't charge me for parking. I was assigned a room on the first floor. I asked if there was anything on a higher floor for safety reasons. (Any woman traveling alone knows not to stay on the first floor.) After I requested a different room, the front desk person suddenly "remembered" to charge me for parking. He rolled his eyes and said, "Oops, I forgot." I don't mind paying for parking, but it was obvious he only charged me because I asked for a different room (which only required him to key a different card, 30 seconds after he did the first one). The walls are paper thin, and there are people smoking and drinking in the parking lot 24/7. I got back from my show and knew I wouldn't be able to sleep there, so I packed up my things and drove the three hours home in the middle of the night. Oh well, lesson learned!

Would be great if the parking was free guest since we do fill out vehicle information at check in.

We stay here every year for New Year’s Eve! It’s a quick walk to bicentennial park! We never have any problems and it’s very reasonably priced! Def recommend

The room was dirty, the sheets were definitely not changed, the water in the shower was cold.

The service was pathetic, I had to cancel, smell of marijuana

My friend and I went, we got two separate rooms. Her room was non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes, so she got a new room. When we got back later that night, I realized that my room had no heat and the room was freezing.
