Arrived late due to airline problems. Called to let them know that we would be 12 hours late near midnight. Staff was waiting for us, selected an excellent room, escorted us to the room as it was a large complex and helped us all the way to the room. Room layout was excellent with wife and I saying “we could live here😁

Amazing room - huge space, great balcony, kitchen stuff needed for mornings, washer/dryer if needed. Property was great - people so helpful, bar & food by the pool and great staff for activities if you need it. Location was great for day trips l over the island. We went for day trips to black & green sand beaches, volcano national park for the day, Mauna Kea visitor center /hikes!! Great 4 day trip location & rent a car so worth it. Plenty of food spots to eat - parking is expensive in downtown Kona. Look for lots where the scan code has the restaurant you are going to and ask for validation to reduce costs of parking!!!

WE REALLY LIKED THE RESORT, THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.
THE FOOD ON SITE WAS NOT THE GREATEST THOUGH.

The unit and the property was large and spacious. It was easy to walk to all of the amenities. Security was friendly and available. We loved the hours of the pool and the proximity to restaurants and grocery as well as other attractions in town. We took advantage of the Pickleball court, and the pool and the playground. There was nice landscaping and overall very clean with attention to detail. I especially love how staff didn’t bother us, but was always available for our every concern question and need that is really important to us traveling with a child.
