Great place. I wish we could have stayed more than one night. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I never stayed at a hotel where they offer you wine, cheese, crackers and a cookie at check-in. The rooms are large and well furnished for a comfortable stay.

We were seeing a concert close by so the location was perfect. And the price was better than further away. The room was large and clean. There were food options open after the concert within walking distance. The breakfast was fresh and great variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back and stay again!

The Kress is amazing and our favorite place to stay. Unfortunately, I received a confirmation for one room on Friday but somehow through Hotels.com, we had two rooms. Clearly this was an issue. Will stay there again, not sure I will use Hotels.com.

The parking lot is awful. My car struggled to get out of the parking lot because of the snow in the parking lot. It would be nice to see a snowplow show up once in a 24 hour span.
