Kronborg Inn

We had a wonderful time in Solvang and staying Kronborg Inn excellent decision we’d made. Thank you for the friendly staff and for accommodating us.

It was older but clean Staff was friendly

Welcoming and charming. The hotel is cute but a little rundown on the outside and the inside— still served us just fine. The room has a nice large bathtub and the pool seems a bit larger than most properties in the area(though it is not new and sparkly as it appears in the photos). Definitely an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was super sweet and very responsive! The beds were comfortable and the balconies are spacious with the view of the pool.

Property didn’t offer water in the room and the vending machine to get water didn’t work.

I liked everything about the property except one small thing water. There wasn't a complimentary water bottle. That usual hotels give. It didn't bother me too much until I went to go check their machines to purchase water and there was no water at all. I had to drive to a store. Luckily not too far to get water bottles. Ask for everything else. The air conditioning worked. The bed was comfortable. The environment was peaceful and everything else was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend people. Only thing would be to bring your own water

Everything was very good. The stairs could look cleaner and the surroundings but the room was clean, the service was great and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Apart from the fact that the hotel was in a good location, I can't say anything better. I paid $395 per night. The price and quality didn't match, the pool was cloudy. The bed linen was old. I would also like the cleanliness in the room to be better. For that amount, I expected better service.

I wish the pool was open later than 9pm

Rooms smelled not good...

Great Value, clean, easy access and danish on weekend mornings.

Hotel room was decent. A little dated. We booked a room with a balcony and although the manager left us a key for after-hours check in we got a ground floor room. Person on the second floor was stomping around like a Clydesdale. Told the office the next morning and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Room was quiet

Wasn’t thrilled about the check in, no attendant after 11:00 pm. Keys are left with our name in an envelope. Outside. When I stepped in the room I felt I was bitten, maybe fleas. I did inform them. It’s ok to stay short term but I believe they can do better. It’s clean, I decided to stay out of the room and sightsee and only go to my room to sleep.

Everything was average.

This little place is right on the highway. Just a block from downtown Solvang, it was easy inconvenient to get into town. There is a restaurant in the hotel right next-door if you don’t want to walk, but there are so many great places in Solvang I would recommend doing that. The room was clean and well kept. They were a few little dings on the floor in the bathroom tile but not a problem. I didn’t use the Jacuzzi tub, but it looked amazing. Big shout out to the front desk clerk. He was so helpful and accommodating.
