This place is huge and needs a refresh Lots of cosmetic changes needed Has seen a lot of wear and tear

Nice and clean, quiet place. Nice suites... staff was pleasant and helpful.

The stay was good overall except there were pet hair all over the sofa and had to request cleaning. I was not able to sit there as I am allergic to hair. My husband has hair all over his clothes as he sat in the sofa. Make sure to clean throughly if pet friendly.

The property seems to be in good condition. It isn't run down looking like most.

The staff was wondeful, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were a little dusty but over all clean. Lots of updates needed throughout the hotel, including the parking lot which has several huge pot holes at least a 8inches to a foot in depth.

I booked through Expedia. We stayed purposely at a hotel where we could have free shuttle service and free parking. Well, because I booked through a 3rd party, we got one free ride to the airport and had to pay $5 a day for parking. I had to park my car in Applebees parking lot because it closed.

Still not a bad place but parking lot has major potholes and Applebees closed. Some front desk people need to develop customer service skills, others were good.

Thin walls and a little run down but good price.

Outside wasn't ve well lit in a neighborhood with high crime and homeless. Outside garbage cans were full and garbage on property not picked up for several days. People aren't picking up after dogs and leaving cigarette butts all over by the entrance doors. Doggie poop 💩 bag dispensers outside were empty. There is barely any parking close by. If you left between 4pm and 8pm on any day when you came back you would have to park a long ways awzy from a door because restaurant next door would use up the parking. Disabled rooms were on the 2nd floor at the far end of the hall. I have bone on bone in both knees and both hips and 3 deteriorated discs in my lower back so I can't walk very far but for 1 week we were at the very far end of the upstairs. Because of this I couldn't use the breakfast area or pool for one week of our stay because of the distance. Wallpaper was peeling by the entrance door to our room on our 1st week there. Management said our animals pulled the wallpaper off by the door but it was peeling on it's own. We even let them know 3 different times about the wallpaper peeling including the 1st day in that room. Our last room was very out dated. Needed updating. No sprinkles in the last room. The microwave wasn't even push button. It had dials. The thermalstat in the bedroom didn't work and never got anove of 65 in our bedroom. You can tell the hotel is going through renovations though it did not look like anyone had worked on them for a while. The bed was very comfortable but the pull out bed was very old. The microwave looked like it was from the eighties and some of the cabinets were needing repair. But for some reason I didn't mind it. Usually I do. But I think the staff there was excellent and really cared about there jobs and that was important to me. I would definitely go back again if I'm in the area

When I got there I realized that there was no parking infront of the hotel on on the side and it was a long walk to the front. We checked in and my daughter went swimming, the pool is really big and nice but the hotub area needed to be cleaned, the spa room was broken and the showers were dirty. We got back to our room and when my daughter went to use the bathroom the toilet was not working. They offered to switch rooms because obviously you can't not have a toilet. So we had to walk all the way to the front desk with all of our bags and get a new key and walked all the way back to the room right next to our old room, I order the room with a pull out couch and when my daughter went to sleep we noticed there was no extra blanket, sheets or pillows for it. It was late and I was to exhausted to go all the way down to get all of the items that they forgot she she and I just slept in the same bed. Overall stay was cheap and for a reason.

Older hotel that looks a little worn down, definitely needs updating

It worked well for a quick stay...and to the airport in the morning. Compared tovthe other hotels in Appleton, less expensive.

My room was clean and I felt safe. Getting into the parking lot from the main road was a pain.

A great central area to many attractions.

Stay here frequently when we are in the area. Rooms are spacious which is nice when we bring our golden doodle. She has a little more room to romp.
