Nice area. Near entertainment.

Very pleased with our overnight stay. Would happily use this place again.

The staff was friendly and made check in easy and simple.

The front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. Our rooms were clean, however, there was a roach in the room, but it was dead. But the room was still very clean. We would stay here again.

The outside looks bright and clean, the inside needs a refresh carpet and shower, the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good

Staff was very friendly. Very pleasant stay.Fixtures are slightly worn from use, which is to be expected over time. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will certainly stay here in the future. Very reasonably priced.

I travel a lot with my grandchildren and this site is a safe and family friendly place.

Exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, breakfast quality and staff friendliness. Convenient location off I-10 with good food options in the area. Would stay here again

Great place to stay and friendly staff. Made checkin and check out easy.

The room was ok. There was a cookie smashed on the floor near the bottom of the bed when we arrived. The bathroom door would not stay open, the consistently moved (as if it was unlevel). The bedding was thin, hardly any blanket and no comforter. On the fiest night I had to call due to it smelling like smoke/somwthing burning in our hallway upon arrival. The second n8ght i had to call because people were being so loud we could hear them over our tv and ac unit after 10:30pm. There were constantly people milling around outside at all hoirs as well. The exterior door on the pool side of the building also never shut/locked. Anyone could just walk in without need of a key. Felt unsafe. Ice machines were broken on 1st and 3rd floors, only the second floor worked for whatever reason. The downstairs area near the pool entrance also had restrooms that smelled and needed a good clean and were marked out of order the whole stay. The breakfast was ok. You had to get there when it opened to get anything or make a waffle due to the line. There was never water available, only apple and orange juice and milk. I did like the fridge in the room and the microwave, that was nice to be able to have our own cold water and breakfast items to skip the wait downstairs. Overall the facility seems a bit run down and in need of renovation but as it was a short trip for business it did the job. In the future I would look for somewhere else that was a bit more comfortable.

The bathroom towels are amazing and their breakfast is so good.

Would give an excellent mark on all categories except building has a stench that lingers. Don’t know if it’s that bad or because my wife complained about it all week. Other than that, staff is great and had no issues.
