La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

Sink was cracked, electronic door locks very slow to operate, toilet very slow to flush, exit door was broken, hallway ceiling with unfixed water damages. Staff service ok, continental breakfast only OK.

Beds were super comfortable

The hotel was under construction, very noisy. When we arrived, we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in as there was no one in the lobby. There was no coffee machine in the room, but there was coffee, sugar and cream. Due to construction, only the main door was working, so we had to walk our dog through the lobby every time we had to leave.

The staff there was very rude and I got a suite that was really small and big holes the size of a basketball in the carpet. Not aloud to have any guest what so ever they can’t even stop by for just a minute while I changed clothes they kicked my family out. The breakfast was disgusting I think it was the leftovers from the day before. Will never go to any la Quinta ever again.

Great amenities. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking lots adjacent to the hotels parking lot had a bit of an unsafe feeling. People in broken down rvs, people living in vehicles. Broken down stripped vehicles. Not the hotels fault but its in a bad location .

I recently stayed at your La Quinta Central Point location. During my stay, our check in process was very smooth and easy, but once we got to our room we were having difficulty with our keys, we had to get multiple keys remade throughout our stay due to the door not unlocking. In the room we found dents in the walls, the room had a nasty smell, and the room was picked up but not clean. We also found animal poop on the ground and on one of the chair legs, there was dust everywhere, and the windows were dirty I went to the front desk and told them about my concerns, and they did not offer me a different room, they just told us we would have to wait to get our room cleaned untill the following day. The employee on duty didn’t see a problem with us staying in a room that was dirty, and once the cleaning lady did come she cleaned the room but did not clean the dog poop off the chair and when we brought it to the front desk’s attention once again, she told me that I would need to talk to the cleaning lady/crew because the cleaning lady didn’t speak English and she had no way to communicate with her staff, we stayed for a weekend, and it was honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would.

The manager was very kind and helpful. The property was a nice surprise for the price. Location right at the off-ramp but noise not too bad. It suited our purposes nicely and would stay again.

Pool area had an awful smell. Even when cold outside pool door propped open creating a fog or steam presence. No towels in pool area. Had to ask desk for them. Staff never did bring more other guest who needed to do the same thing.

I was upgraded to a suite, it was very nice! I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the hotel.

Bathrooms and showers need remodeling, breakfast was not very good and the gym was par at best

Check in was slow due a to new trainee. The room seemed dated and could have been cleaner. The location of the room #101 was probably the least desirable due to being located next to the highway. Heard traffic noise all night. We are allergic to feathers and they had no non-feathered pillows to use. They still use the individual body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles which are not eco friendly. The landscaping was plain and was in need of clean up especially the dog poop. The morning breakfast was less than average because they skimped on the little things. I will not stay at this location again. There are better hotels in the area at same price range to stay.

Breakfast was limited, our room needed to be refreshed kind of old. Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

The went against ADA regulations

Inside was nicer than outside, it is next to a truck stop and restaurants which is convenient. However didnt feel like a place i wanted to leave the company vehicle alone

We come here a lot and stayed at mant hotels and this is the cleanest at the price.
