Staff was welcoming and very kind and prompt with any assistance needed. Bed slept wonderfully. Cleanliness was excellent. Indoor pool area was nice but was cold! Thank goodness for hot tub! Hot breakfast bar was great.

The hotel was good but the pool was the reason we went for our two kids while visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Unfortunately, the pool was cold, liner falling apart, and the tile floor was slick. The hot tub was good and hot, but the water was dark like it needed drained and scrubbed.
Overall, it was okay since it was somewhere between the two locations (20 min south of the museum and 40 min north of the Ark).

We had a wonderful stay. The clerk that checked us Tabitha went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our pizza was delivered to the hotel next door and she tracked it down and brought to us. Highly recommend this Laquinta!!
