La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Arlington South

We asked for room close as possible to elevators. We're in mid rights. NO Charged $ 30. For small dog. No place to take him outside. Room felt very humid. Cool enough. The great big breakfasts was laughable. No honeybuns, no baked goods . Small lemon muffins was ALL! VERY LITTLE YOGURT !

They are renovating so during the day you could hear them working on the rooms. They didnt have towels at the pool and some of the pool furniture was broken. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, on our second day cleaning team asked if we had any trash, which they took out and swapped out our towels for our used ones. Id recommend this property.

Once I tried to shower the tub was so slick I slipped and hurt got hurt but when I brsigh up my concern I was just offer clean towels

Everything was super clean, staff was very friendly, room was nice and cool when I arrived. My 2 complaints are that this property IS under construction and that was not disclosed when booking, listening to the banging was irritating in the mornings. Secondly, the water pressure I the shower is non existent. It was very difficult for a woman to wash her hair.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants options.

My stay at this hotel was very good except for one small thing, there was a roach in my room, a big one. Other than that it was a very comfortable state.

Horrible stay with this hotel. First night we asked to change rooms due to the electricity issue we were having. The light switch on the wall turned off everything in the room. We were told maintenance will fix it Saturday. maintenance never stopped by and maintenance. Never fixed it. We had to constantly ask for clean bedding, which we never got. We spent a total of 4 nights with no cleaning bedding after the first night. We asked for the room to be cleaned several times which never happened. We had to beg for clean towels several times. The elevator did not work. We were on the third floor.

The location was great! There were big stains on the sheets. They did promptly come change. The curtains had big holes in them.

The property was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good. The ambiance was very quiet and restful. One of the lamps in the room didn't work. The TV remote was not easy to use.

The tv wasn’t working and we had bug crawling on the floor. The floor felt sticky and dirty. The gym equipment was out of order

Our hotel stay was not good. Checking in there was a fee of $50 card or $100 cash that we did not know about. The hotel was also under renovations that we did not know about. The construction was literally outside of our hotel window. I could see the workers and hear all types of construction noises during the morning hours so we did not rest well at all. The smoke alarm in the hotel hallway was constantly beeping from low batteries, which is probably illegal. Staff came to our room to replace sheets and towels on day 1 of our 8 nights only. So we had to constantly go to the lobby for towels. Our trash was overflowing never got taken out and towels were just laying on the floor. Horrible living conditions for the week. The hotel room had no overhead lights so it was very dim and of course we did not want to open the blinds because of the construction men outside. One of our lamps even had a short in the wire so that was annoying. Our room only had one remote for the two televisions we had which was also an inconvenience. The bedroom dresser was literally missing a drawer, which I told the staff about and they did not care to replace it so we didn't even unpack. The bathroom shower was a glass door that the rubber seal fell off every time we used the shower, so my husband had to constantly stop what he was doing to fix it or the glass could have broke. The hotel seems to just lack attention to detail. I would never return and definitely never recommend.

I was so glad that they had a room. We were in a jam and needed the room after the room we had booked did not allow pets. Taking my dog was a last minute decision and i did not know that the room we booked did not allow pets. This booking allowed pets with a deposit which i was glad to pay
