A man had just had the window of his truck broken when we arrived. They need security. The lady at the front desk made the whole stay beautiful. Very kind. The rooms reminded me of a hospital room. Pretty sure it was a hospital. But nice

The only good thing I can say about the place is that the front desk switched our room without any issues. After complaining that it smelled like dog pee and the bathroom had dead roaches in it. We were limited on time or else we would have canceled and gone somewhere else. The location was great but the place was so run down! I will definitely do my research next time and not stay at a pet friendly place, a dog literally peed on the hallway carpet and the owner just kept walking. It was terrible!!

Tub was clogged would build up from water from shower

Reserved a room with a king size bed but was given a queen size. But by the time I noticed it was late and ready for bed. Other than that can’t complain for a 1 night that I didn’t want to drive in traffic in the morning for a doctors appointment.

Came to stay and the place was uncomfortably dirty. And had the nerve to charge $75 fee Incase I messed it up or left it dirty

A nice hotel in the Dallas North Central area, staff is great. Never had a negative experience here.

You couldn’t program thermostat in room to go below 65 degrees, and it was burning up in there at night. We had it set as low as possible and there’s no way it was actually 65 degrees in there. Couldn’t even sleep with the comforter on the bed it was so hot. Also, the noise from the traffic/highway was insane. It sounded like the bed was right out on the highway. Will never stay there again. We also found 2 bugs in the bathroom crawling around.

The clean hotel, the comfortable beds, the very good service, the hotels.com app is terrible, super bad service, the worst, I will never use it again or recommend it.

The room did not look anything like the single picture of it that was available on the website, there was dried vomit on the carpet by the desk, water stains on the wall by the elevator, and a crack pipe in the stairwell. I booked the room for two nights but left after just one because there was no way I was staying at this hotel any longer.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel seems older, but they have kept it looking nice. The pool is outdoors, but out of view of the highway/parking and fenced, so it feels private. Even though the room was clean... we found a few roaches... we reported to staff and she immediately called pest control.

Even though it wasn’t the best place to stay, they refunded all back to me due to the conditions of the room.

When we first arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful and registering online made it a smooth check in. As we made our way to our room we saw how the place was pretty old and run down. Thats not what I'm use to seeing when staying at a La Quinta Inn. I was pretty disappointed with my room, it was out dated and smelled like cigarettes when it was supposed to be non-smoking. The AC didn't work that well, the carpet was sticky, there was no blow dryer, no extra towels.The elevator didn't work properly and the breakfast was okay. I was not impressed with my over all stay and will not be staying here in the future. It wasn't worth the price of my three day stay.
