La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dickinson

Great front desk staff. Country Kitchen in parking lot and other eating places close by. We drove about 15 min to downtown Dickinson to the Grub Hub - what a hidden gem! Spacious room, large bathroom counter, bright lighting. Comfortable bed.

I like the big rooms at LaQuinta and the cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and they have a nice breakfast variety. Although I didn't use it, the fitness center looked awesome. We try and stay at LaQuinta whenever possible. They are reasonably priced.

Front desk staff on Saturday afternoon was terrible. I tried to upgrade to a suite for the night, but they did not want to make the effort, so they made all kinds of excuses as to why they would not let me upgrade. Had a problem with my TV as well. When the gal (same one who would not upgrade me) came up to fix she was not friendly at all. Could tell she was annoyed.

The attendant was not professional and the room was not changed out the following day. No new towels or bed sheets available even when I inquired. I was told that was not my job to ask house keeping and there where no house keeping to be found

From the parking lot to the lobby and throughout the entire hotel all you could smell was marijuana. At check-in the staff member was just in a rush to get back to her phone and didn't tell me anything about where my room was, when breakfast was served, pool hours, checkout, nothing. I barely had time to sign the form, she just kept rushing me telling me not to worry about filling it out, just to sign. My room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, paint globs all over the floor, and residue on the counters. I stayed at this same hotel just a few months ago and had no issues so decided to book again but after this visit will never go back.

The staff was Rude, rooms were a bio- hazard and nasty, but not as nasty as the staff.

We arrived early and Tiffani at reception was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable

Our stay was very good the hotel was very nice, we were just traveling through so our stay was only about 12 hours, and then we were on the road again, the breakfast was great

The shower walls were not clean

Fantastic! Only neg negative was no breakfast out last day, food was taken away before 8am, not sure why?!

Th breakfast is very limited for thise with dietary issues (mine are low fat, no dairy, no gluten, low sugar). I usually can find cherrios or eggs to eat at hotel breakfasts. But, this place put cheese in their eggs (cheese omelet) and only had honey cherrios. I asked, but they could not make the omelets without cheese, seems they are made somewhere else. So i had to walk to the restaurant next door to get scrambled eggs for breakfast (good price next door, just $3.71 for take out). I did ask if they would take that amount off the cost of the room, but they could not. First time I've hit this issue at a hotel offering free breakfast. Usually, there is something i can eat. The beds were comfortable, but if dont share a bed as when the 2nd person moves in the night the whole bed shakes enough to wake the other person up. Decent size pool and hot tub, sadly we got in late and left early, so no time to try them.

1st room we were checked into had painting done and the painters didn’t clean up and the management must not have checked it out. Was promptly given a different room. Other room was clean. Complimentary breakfast below average.

The service is always wonderful. The grounds are beautiful with a large grassy area for my dogs.

This property is clean and quiet. The king bed room had adequate space. The bed was comfortable. When traveling through Dickinson, it usually is our first choice.

Staff courtesy and convenient within town.
