Our stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. This was an upscale hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel, but however, we could not use the pool. The pool was closed. The air in the room wasn’t working. The bathroom was dirty. Couldn’t watch TV because they installed new TVs but they never programmed the TVs to the hotel..

My room Wasn't clean and when I asked for a maid assistance I was told that there was not one working ,front desk stated that he was the only staff working they left him by himself and that there was no clean Linens for him to bring he also stated he would give me a refund and hopefully me and my children could find another hotel to stay because he had a lot too do without help , I have pictures to show how my room looked the sheets, blankets and towels were dirty when I went to get my refund they gave me the ran around about giving me my money back I wouldn't refer anyone to stay at this hotel.

I am writing to file a formal complaint and request a refund for my recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Evansville, booked through Expedia My stay was from June 13 to June 15, 2025.
When I checked into the room, I immediately noticed several unacceptable issues. The couch had large red and yellow stains, and the bed sheets were wet, which was extremely unsanitary. I contacted the front desk multiple times to request either a proper cleaning or a different room, but no action was taken. The staff’s response was unhelpful and dismissive.
The poor condition of the room and lack of customer service made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I do not believe I received the quality or cleanliness I paid for.
Due to these issues, I am requesting a full refund for this stay.

It was great stay i just thought the family suites would be bigger and would have doors for a little more privacy but overall i had an amazing time breakfast was amazing didnt really swim alot because of the rain the staff was amazing very friendly and helpful i would stay there again

2 stars is a stretch. First and last time staying here. We had a 4 night stay and with the exception of the clerk on the first day the rest were too lazy to do anything. There were 4 of us and we were never stocked with more than 2 towels. Even after clerk made a note to staff we had to go to the front desk every day for more towels. Third day we had no room service at all. Also the room walls were so thin you could hear every conversation word for word in the adjoining rooms. Pitiful for the pricing we paid.

Quick stop in Evansville. Lots of food options near the hotel. Lady at check in was so nice and welcoming. The hallway had a slight smoke smell which I personally don't like but it didn't make or break my stay. The breakfast was great. The price was unbeatable.
