Clean room

The room was perfect for a short business stay.

I stay here weekly, super friendly staff, clean rooms.

Great location

It was late when we arrived, we were tired, and my husband had turned off the light before he turned down his side of the bedspread. When we got up this morning, we discovered that there was blood on the fitted sheet on my husband's side of the bed. Whoever made that bed could NOT have not seen that blood and should be fired. NEVER again will we stay at a Laquinta.

Cleanliness

The stay was okay for the price. My family of 3 stayed overnight for one night. It wasn’t the best, but if you’re only looking to be in and out then you may be able to look past the shortcomings. The property is definitely outdated — carpet, elevator, room amenities, etc. The cable is basic, and there’s not much in way of channel options. I think the least favorite thing about my stay was the level of cleanliness (or lack thereof). We could see things that were visibly unclean as soon as we arrived. We took several pictures of dirty walls, furniture, curtains, etc. The pull out sofa bed was literally mildewed and molded, as well as the curtains and a/c unit. The couch cushions were stained, as were several walls. The only redeeming comfort was that there weren’t any bed bugs that we identified. The bathroom also seemed better cleaned than the sleeping quarters, at least. However, we definitely had to give most of the things in the room a good, thorough disinfecting. The positive things I can say are that the property is very conveniently located, and that our floor was quiet (save for one guests dog we could hear barking occasionally). All in all, it was about a 2/5 for me. There definitely need to be serious improvements in cleanliness. I probably would not stay here again unless I had to, and I would not stay longer than one night.

Friendly

I like the cleanliness of the room but I feel you need to improve your breakfast.

The room had a smell all five days and the furniture were broken and air condition system was cracked and only change our towels one time out of 5 days did not empty the garbages. We had to empty our own garbage.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location, quiet rooms. I plan on staying again toward the end of the year.

Breakfast was delicious, beds we're really comfortable with restaurants around made it easier.
