La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham North Orem

Clean, comfortable, priced right.

I stayed more than one night and they don't clean the room every day and didn't get fresh towels or coffee.

We stayed there 4 days and 3 nights Breakfast was horrible. They just rewarm up the leftovers every day. The juices were so watered down it was ridiculous. I think we’ll look for another place next time.

it was great! wifi was slow but not a big deal. Huge shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk the day we checked out. we thought we lost our cat and were freaking out and he helped us look outside and was super kind and nice when we ended up finding her still in the room

It was okay, the TV wouldn’t work but the people at the hotel were great to help get it fixed. The shower was dirty so was not appeasing to take a shower there. Beds were comfortable.

Just what we needed. Close to everything.

The facility was convenient to fast food stores as well as a convenient store to purchase items.

Weak water pressure in shower. My bed had no comforter just sheet and some top cover sheet. Hot as hell entering the room!!

I was so surprised at how spacious our room was! Our room had 2 comfortable beds and everything was functional. I will definitely stay here again!

Terrible stay, the hotel staff refused to help or give us a refund after we found a crack pipe in our room. We gave this hotel many chances and were patient, but after multiple things we had to talk to the front desk. My husband took out the ironing board to iron some clothes and felt a bump inside, upon checking he found a glass crack pipe hidden beneath it. Secondly, the room we stayed at was on the second floor, and underneath our window there were multiple ladders like someone was trying to get into our room and the window from that room would not lock. Also the curtain of our room was dirty from the outside as if someone had climbed in there previously. We felt very unsafe and ignored when we brought our concerns to the front desk. They refused to give us a new room even though online it showed they had plenty available, they told us it’s unfortunate but we have no more space so we had to late at night find a new reservation and spend our limited time in the city transferring hotels. Additionally, other problems we encountered was our front door would not lock, and the property had construction going on, which was not listed when booking. We truly would not have minded if there was some warning, but after a long travel day, we wanted to sleep just a little but instead, were woken up to loud construction noises from 8:00 am. I would never stay at this branch of hotel ever again, I could not get paid to stay here. Horrible service. We have video proof of everything.

Stayed at a new renovated room, loved!

La Quinta was great, we stayed the night before at TownPlace Suites across the street which was dirty, gross and dated. La Quinta on the other hand was clean, newer feeling, our room came with a giant tub, and it cost less per night. Just better in every way compared to their neighbor hotel.

Overall the room was clean and spacious.

The girl at the check in was very kind and helpful. Name is Ona. I had a concern about a grab bar in the shower. She actually went to check out the room before she assigned our room. I'm 82 and my wife is 79. Safety matters to us. On the low end, l did not feel safe on your elevator. Elevators should be smooth and not creak and groan all the way up and down.

Quick check in, inviting front desk, convenient to freeway, good assortment of breakfast items, offers beautiful view of the lake. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, sheets clean.
