Hotel was new and clean. Reception was slow, as people were lining up at the desk you could see an employee lounging in the back office. Eventually a friendly woman came out to start checking people in.

The hotel was mid. Not the best hotel l have stayed in and not the worst.
Pros: The interior of the hotel is very clean, the carpet smelled fresh on my floor, and the room was clean. They also use "Dove" brand products which is cool. And they were accommodating when l had to check out earlier than expected.
Cons:The elevator was dated and scary, the continental breakfast was boring only 1 yogurt option which was peach (l actually like peach) and the guests allowed their children to yell and it was constant running in hallways and slamming of doors, again of the guests. Hotel personnel should have addressed this.
I would recommend 5/10, l am sure you could find more optimal locations if you do your research.

Property needs an update. Staff was friendly. We arrived at 4am and there were vagrants coming out of the woods into the parking lot. Didn't see any security staff.

The lobby was so hot & humid. Then 3rd floor wasn't any better. The beds were fulls not queens like we had asked for. The icing on the cake was the housekeeping lady that blocked the elevator trapping my small children in the elevator with her & not with us. I lost it on the front desk guy. I will never stay at this location again.
The breakfast was laughable. The plates were the cheapest paper plates I've ever seen. Juices were out of order. Save yourself the headache don't book this hotel!

Front desk offered pet room (no pets traveling with us) or room by “noisy baseball team” saying they would be loud for 2-3 hours. Room had knock you over urine smell so staff offered 4th floor. Not sure why the run around of trying to offer room not suitable to be rented in the first place.

Hotel needs some cosmetic work. Paint peeling in Elevator. Grout lines at base of shower was moldy. Tissue holder and small trays in bathroom where sticky. AC left carpet wet. MCheck in was good. Staff was polite and friendly.

Several things in the room were broken, like the microwave, one of the lights and the ice machine on our floor. We also had a cockroach in our room. Our air was set to 58 degrees and it was so warm in our room we bought a fan.
