Good location, friendly staff, room was comfortable. My kiddos enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. Just stayed one night but would stay again!

As I put on Google, there were a lot of problems:
Clogged drains for sink and bathtub
Worn floors
Stains in toilet, shower
Mismatched paint spots
Water leak spots
Mildew smells
Not enough shampoo/conditioner/body wash
Crumbs in drawers
Food left in mini fridge
Dirt and debris on the floor
Sub par breakfast options
The hotel is like $60/night quality trying to pretend it's a $100/night hotel.
I will never stay here again.

The room needed updated the hot tub did not work. Furniture was all stained even in lobby. Never locked the door to enter building rock holding it open.

The dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The amount of dust and dander made us all itchy. Hair strands stuck under door and on walls. So gross. It was like inch wide and over a footlong. I need if serious deep cleaning.

Lots of mud and construction around the property. The bath tub did not drain well. Noisy rooms, not much sound proofing. Staff was great, though!

The overall appearance of the hotel was not good. The carpets were dirty, the elevator doors hadn't been wiped down, and the pool was not appealing at all. After traveling for 11 hours we were disappointed. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there were fruit flies all over the kitchen area and the sofas and chairs were dirty as well. The staff was very nice and polite.

Our bathroom was dirty. The floor had hair on it. The shower curtain was dirty with stains. The hallways on the property were not vacuumed. It was very dirty and there are a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The first room that we were given smelled like smoke. It was on the first floor, room 120.

Staff was friendly but the hotel was seriously run down pool and hot tub paster and drain guards missing, hotel smelled bad and like pot it rained and the roof leaked all over the bed and ruined our computer room was dirty hair on the walls, stains everywhere, bathtub was cracked all over the bottom and only response was were sorry definitely not work the $140 rate per night will never stay there again

The common areas in and around was trashy; lobby window to the pool wasn’t clean at all during my visit; rugs in common area and hallways needing clean. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel; also, was not impressed with breakfast

we enjoyed your hotel. The rooms were beautiful, very well maintain I took my family up there for a weekend getaway and my kids were ecstatic because the hotel had a pool unfortunately I didn’t allow my children to swim long due to the fact that your pool wasn’t very well maintained your swimming area wasn’t clean. It smell horrible in that swimming area. The water was so cloudy like it didn’t have a filter system. Your hot tub was just the same as the pool. It just didn’t look like it was maintained for a good portion of time. Hopefully, that’ll get fixed and better that way we can return

Our room was dusty and dirty. The bedding was wrinkled and looked as if it had already been slept in. It was cleaner when we left because my wife cleaned everything. Had she had cleaning supplies and a vacuum she would have spent the day cleaning rather than attending our family event. We were so disappointed.
