When I arrived I was told I had no reservation after checking 3 times the man found the reservation gave me a smocking room when I asked for non smocking since I have asthma. I reserved a king size room and got a room w two queen size beds

So we began a 6 day roadtrip from NH to Idaho at this hotel. We stayed 2 nights while packing thing up for our trip. We have done this trip 3 times in the last 3 years so as u can imagine, we have stayed in many hotels during this time. We found this hotel stay to be one of the best we have had. We tend to stay economically and we have to say that the folks who run this place are super nice, friendly in a genuine way, and super honest. You can imagine my face when we arrived at our next hotel only to realize that my brand new laptop ( a gift from my wife ) was not in my bag. After max panicking, i called back the hotel front desk in NH & was told that YES they had it. The woman who cleaned the room had found it and turned it into the manager. I was able to work easily with the manager who went out of her way to make sure it got upsed safely back to me & that the woman who found it got rewarded. Wow...Super honest folks ! Anyways i would stay here again without hesitation. It is clean, convenient, safe and everyone treated us so nicely. Our Best Stay !

The distrct manager was awesome her and her staff helped me get my cat out of my room for check out time
