This is a very clean facility with a friendly and welcoming staff, and an above-average continental breakfast buffet. Great location off I-93, convenient to Tuscan Village, Canobie Lake Park and other attractions. My only negative comment is that I felt the rear parking lot could use better lighting.

Poor customer service when equipment or rooms are not in good working order. Low quality breakfast.

Problems with Air conditioner in original room. Front desk was apathetic. Manager has been emailed multiple times with zero response.

Service was good, the tv and dish had issues but not that much of an issue as was away most of the day.

We came with a dog. We stayed in the second floor. The floor smelled terrible! I have stayed at other hotels where they allow dogs at a cost and the smell is non existent hence the pet fee. Very disappointed with that. However our bedroom was very clean and had no smells. Also the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the staff was quite friendly. Aside from the smell on the second floor the stay was lovely.

Checked in and was given a room with a malfunctioning AC unit making a high pitched noise. Returned to desk and was told that they wouldn’t charge me for a room switch to a smaller room with a smaller bed. When I questioned that I was not being given a comparable room to the one I paid for, the staff told me it’s not their responsibility to provide the room I reserved and prepaid for. I was given a lesser room with no offer of a partial refund, just apathy from the front desk. I emailed the manager, who never responded or followed up with me by phone or email. The mattress as sunken in the middle. Will not be back. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at.
