Our rooms were great, amazingly quiet even in the middle of downtown right by the freeway, staff was superb, gym was good as was the pool with plenty of towels made available. If there were any room for improvement it would be more elevators…really enjoyed our stay!

Everything went well, except in room 414 there is a bed harder than a rock, other than that the stay went well. Good breakfast, good location and the fire alarm didn’t go off on us this time..3rd times a charm😆

Loved the fact that was so close to the convention center. The rooms and carpet are old. Breakfast was good. Elevator works good. There is a Dennys across the street, very convenient

For the amount of time we used the room, it served its purpose. The showerhead could definitely use a cleaning or be replaced, the dead bug on the wall was an interesting touch and the absolute NIGHTMARE that is parking are the drawbacks for me. If I’m required to pay $35 for parking, I’d appreciate mandating that all occupants park in one spot and straight. Not being able to get out of my car through the doors and having to crawl out of the back is not ideal. Also requested a late check out but they deactivated my card at 11am and didn’t let me know I’d have to come back to the desk to have it extended until we were locked out.
Parking in downtown is not great but we stayed at a different hotel for night 2 and had a better parking experience (free) at a cheaper rate nightly, cleaner facility and larger breakfast area.
