Had a nice stay. We did have a fire alarm problem and had to evacuate a bit early in the am, but the staff was very nice and helpful. We met alot of people during that time.

Parking was a little confusing, they gave us a pass or card to scan when coming in and coming out but never worked. It would ask for credit card. And i got charged several times. Now i have to wait for rwdund, that was unfortunate.

The room, lobby and everything in between felt dirty. There were stains on the couch, a cockroach on the wall. The tub needed to be plasterer. The air conditioners were filthy. We even tried another room but it was basically the same. We left and found a new hotel after the first night.

Todo muy bien solo sugeriría que la garantía se pudiera pagar en efectivo para poderla recibir al momento de checkout ya que las tarjetas de México regularmente es muy probable que se complique y en ocasiones no se regresa fuera de eso todo muy bien

Me parece un hotel regular en cuanto a instalaciones y servicio, pero no entiendo por qué cobran estacionamiento a los huéspedes me parece inapropiado y avaricioso el querer obtener más dinero del que se paga por estar ahí sin mencionar el costo que es altísimo para no contar con vigilancia ya que se ve a personas de la calle rondando por los coches.

El hotel es comodo, y en general fue una buena experiencia. Pero al hacer el check in piden un deposito en garantia, me dijeron que lo devolverian en 2-3 dias hábiles, pero ya pasaron 8 dias hábiles y no me lo han devuelto. Eso me deja un mal sabor del hotel.

Everything was good except there was a yellow stain on the bed sheet and they overcharged me. I made my hotel reservation on Hotels.com with a quoted rate, but when I checked out, La Quinta charged me quite a bit more, but the front desk person was able to refund me the difference.
