Wonderful stay with my family and 2 dogs on our cross country move! The best advice I have is do NOT eat from ROAM kitchen. A restaurant nearby. Horrible food.

We checked in online, so when we got to the hotel, she just handed us our key card, which made that quick. But then she didn't tell us about any of the amenities such as breakfast nor where our room was located. Our toilet kept running every 5 minutes and their maintenance person only comes in once a week. The hotel is literally located right next to the interstate exit.

We entered the property and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said they would be back. We only waited a little bit but when the two workers came in from outside they smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it was nauseating. She walked up very frumpy and unfriendly. Definitely wasn’t a good impression for the facility.
