La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stillwater-University Area

This La Quinta is fairly clean, but is in need of repair. There are broken tiles in common areas, worn carpet, carpet baseboards that have come unattached, and all furniture in our room is in desperate need of repair or replacement. 2 broken chairs and the finish worn off of all wood pieces to reveal raw wood. There is moldy caulk in the tub and the beds are soooooooooooooo hard. Linens are nice. But the staff was awesome. Kudos to them!!!

The young woman who was working late at night was very nice. The pool was unexpectedly closed, which was disappointing, but it happens. A fire alarm woke us one morning, which wasn't exactly pleasant, but again- it happens. Not faulting them for that. However, what COULD be helped is the lack of "do not disturb" signs. Each morning included awakening to housekeeping pounding on the door. Not blaming the employees for this when there's no way for them to know who is gone and who is in the room and wanting service- but we certainly weren't fans of the "just bang on the door and shout" method. Also, I requested a late check-out during the online check-in process but never heard anything back. When I inquired at the front desk about it on our last day I was told "oh, no one ever looks at that." So what's the point then? Not the end of the world but could be improved for sure.

Great breakfast, friendly staff

I love Stillwater and we come every year to shop and eat at Eskimo Joes. We like this hotel but we still paid full price this time and yet the workout room was closed and so was the pool. Other than that, the stay was great and staff was very nice.

Wildfire prevented me from getting to the property. Hwy 51 was closed. Those already checked in had to evacuate.

This property was very nice and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that you and your pets are comfortable.

Hotel was great except for the water pressure in the shower. Flow restrictors plus mineral build up on the shower head reduced the water flow to barely enough to shower at all. Other than that, beds were good and staff very friendly.

Bed was hard breakfast not good other than that it was okay
