Staff was very friendly helpful , rooms are freshly being re done , very clean an inviting beds are stiff both hubby an I woke up with shooting pains in back from bed which unfortunaly undid all the relaxing we had done on this trip

For the past 5 years I've regularly been using this hotel, using Expedia for payment. During most recent trip La Quinta also charged my CC for the room. Twice I've been told charges have been reversed but no credit appears after a week. Hotel is showing its wear (dirty carpets, pool/spa closed). Don't understand why this error can't be promptly corrected. Very disappointed

I am very unsatisfied. We stayed there for the pool and the water was so cold we could not even use it. Very disappointed there is a lot of construction our room had paint spots all over the shower and the sink and the floor. Our room was freezing and we had to move because the heater would not work. We also had no hot water. If you are doing renovations on the building you should post that and let people know. Also not charge full price. I am very unimpressed with the Laquita. The people at the service desk were very very nice and the lady that tried to fix our heater also. Definitely not there fault at all.

Jacuzzi and pool were not heated properly due to maintenance issue. Construction remodel on 3rd floor in progress during our stay. The location is great and rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly.

There was remodeling being done on 3rd floor, elevator was being used for hauling the equipment, the pool was closed and someone was given my room number even though I had been in the room and had settled in for the night. I felt somewhat deceived that There was no information about the remodel when I made the reservation and the room still cost more than most. I understand this is important and they did stop work at 6 but the last time I stayed at the same hotel there was remodeling going on….i would have went elsewhere. Disappointed the pool and hot tub were not available and it was very unsettling to have a man try numerous times to get into my room!

We had an issue with no cold water on night two. From sink and shower ..just very hot
Also pool and hot tub were down for both days.
Again, we’ve stayed here before and service is friendly and it’s a nice hotel but under renovation
We will return after it’s all completed.

The pool and hot tub were cold. The construction was so loud and there was nothing mentioned to me about that going on, I couldn’t sleep when I needed it. I should have been told so I could find a place that allowed me to relax. Rooms were not up to par at all. The jets in the tub didn’t work and no hot water on the room. Also they lied and charged my card I used to hold the room and my card I used to actually pay for my room. I asked the front desk and they said it could take up to 14 days for me to get the hold off even though I paid with another card they offered me no help so it was like I paid double while I was there for the room. I honestly would like a partial if not full refund.
