Unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, if you allow pets in rooms please do better with sanitation and cleaning, only okay thing was the price, misleading photos as usual online. God bless!

This was the dirtiest hotel room Ive ever HAD to stay in. After repeated trips to the front desk and a very poor job by a staffer..it was terrible. Food, dirt, sand and grime stick to the floor. Urine and blood on the walls and doors of the bathroom. A dirty soap scum stained tub with hair on the shower walls..and flies everywhere.

The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast area was small but clean, however the choices were slim. The room had clean and new looking towels and linens. The furniture looked decently new. But the room itself was super gross. The walls, the shower, the doors, they were all filthy. Like years old dirty, the shower had corners and edges filled with grime or mold, the walls were stained. The mini fridge had old food and the wall next to it was stained, every corner and edge was dirty. The parking lot was also dirty with trash and gross, oiled dirt. It was a little cheaper than other hotels but not worth the price! Not sure when La Quinta became such a rough hotel!

Ive stayed in a few La Quinta Inn's and I've never had a complaint until I stayed at the La Quinta in Amarillo,TX. The employees were friendly. No complaints there. The issue was the room and how dirty it was. I walked barefoot t I the bathroom and there was sticky stuff on the floor. There were dirty prints on the walls and light switches, the bathroom was dirty. The entire room could have used a good deep cleaning. Please see the pictures I took. It just appeared that the room hadn't been cleaned very well in a long time. It was disappointing and uncomfortable.

First rooms toilet backed up and would not flush properly and old sewage would come back up into the toilet. Out of town workers were blasting music until 100 am. Requested to move rooms. The over night clerk was less that customer service oriented, almost To the point of rude. Morning staff and afternoon staff were very accommodating. However the second rooms fridge did not work at all. Over all, I would give the hotel a 3 star rating.

Was listed to have laundry service and didn’t Washer and dryer upstairs and very long walk from our room. Only takes credit card or an app to pay. I only had quarters so after all the energy expended to get there couldn’t wash clothes anyway.. We are both handicapped with walking long distances impossible. Not enough food for everyone in the tiny breakfast area. So many kids running up and down the walk way just outside our door beginning at 0600. No elevator. Outdoor pool. Lots of trash all over the property. Price was good but would have paid more to get better amenities. Check in front desk lady very nice. Check out person flat and dry.

Eggs and sausage not available until the food truck came. By then we had to leave. Breakfast area very crowded. Room was clean and comfortable.

After putting away our items, the tv did not work and the phone to call the front desk did not work. I called from my cell and let them know the issues, they were going to give us a new room but we were so exhausted from a 15 hour drive and did not want to unpack everything we just put in the refrigerator. The lady on the phone was rude. I said I would like some kind of compensation and she said well you booked through a third party so there is nothing we could do. Rather than, I will talk to my manager and see what we could do. In the morning I woke up to a roach crawling down the wall towards our bag that had our utensils. At check out the lady sat in the corner when I told her I had a few issues. She told me to just drop the key card in the box, did not get up and greet us and ask how our stay was. Then when I started to tell her about the Tia h and the tv and ok e she stood up and I let her know I wanted my deposit refunded immediately and would like a manager to know about our experience and would expect some kind of compensation. Not a stay anywhere because we won’t be back. I have never had this kind of experience anywhere so I was disappointed.

Close to highway and dining. Room had water leak in the ceiling over the bed, resulting in lake of sleep.

Room was not “delux”. No bulbs in the lamps. Bathroom was tiny. Difficult to move around. air conditioner made loud noise throughout the night. The room phone was not even hooked up. Ned was ok. TV was ok.

The room smelled funny. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Overall condition of bathroom looked old, needing repairs. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was awful, after checking in the hotel and going to the room we had to leave and get a new hotel room for the night. The window to the outside was broken, the bathroom vanity had white toothpaste down the side, the glass shower looked like it had not been cleaned ever and the whole room had a foul smell. Did not feel safe there.
