First impression is everything. We walked into our room and it smelled musty. We had one set of towels and the lock was broken. We left so we could get some fresh air. Came back to the front desk and told the manager about our experience. He gave us another room. It was much better but there was no hair dryer, iron or iron board. You really need a checklist for whoever is cleaning the rooms to make sure everything is there for a decent experience.

The room and grounds were so dirty. Trash everywhere, the elevator smelled like piss. My room had a bug crawling on the wall right when I walked in, 2 light switches didn’t work, no remote to the TV, bathroom was dirty and the bedding and towels had black hairs on it. I wanted to leave but was only there from about 8:30pm to 7am the next morning for a work trip. I got out of there as soon as I could. I was told there was breakfast and there was a like of 10 people to get orange juice. The gentleman checking people in was kind but that line was also 8 people deep at 8:30pm. The photos online are not true and so deceiving. The hotel was also right on the freeway and I had to sleep with a pillow over my head bc the cars were so loud all night long. I would never stay here again nor at a La Quinta Inn. Do better

Omg I’ve stay in crappy places but this place look like the worst of GTA in one place. For the room there was blood drips on the floor , no cleaning at all. The worst place I have visit. Just stay away.
