I liked that when i showed up 15 mun before check un it was not a big deal. I dont really care thsy they take a $100 deposit bit guess thst is notmal. Location is close by several.restraunts and stores

Location is great,very clean & bright. Love the energy saving option in the rooms however the lighting over the sink can be a bit brighter it is attached to the mirror but not bright enough makes it difficult to apply make up. Breakfast options were not bad, could offer a bit more selection on the tea.

Hotel is clean and tidy. However, our room door was not closed after room cleaning one day during our 4-night stay. The cleaning lady also forgot to put back 2 clean small towels and replace facial tissue same day. The lady at reception when we checked-in had a blank face, but others are fine.
Electricity suddenly went out 2 nights when we were in the room. Reception staff were helpful and helped us reset everything quickly. It seems 2 rooms on the same floor always have such problem, especially when someone uses air dryer or microwave oven.
Breakfast is ok - yoghurt, cereal, egg, sausage, orange juice, apple, orange, muffin, bagel, toast, waffle, tea and coffee.
There is parking space. Hotel location is close to light rail and there is a Japanese restaurant and doughnut shop close-by. There are more restaurants at about 10-minute walking distance.
Hotel charges USD100 deposit for incidental and refunds when check-out. However, guess it takes sometime to get back the refund. My credit card transaction shows the charge quickly but does not show any refund even 4 days after check-out, so still waiting and will see.

Over all good. Did request prior to have spots on the top floor as a previous stay there was a lot of noise. Did not get requested fulfilled but was quiet so it was ok.

The service provided was good and the room was very clean and nice. The bed wasn’t very comfortable though, and the blankets had holes that were poorly sewn up but other than those things, the stay was great.
