La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Missoula

Good hotel. Staff kind. Elevator is very slow. Hot tub was out of order. Clean and comfortable.

Pre-check-in was the best. Everything was ready to go. Beds and linens are nice but the room was tight for a family of four. Hotel is quiet and pet friendly.

Clean and friendly with a fair pet policy

Not a lot. My 90-year-old mother and I checked in we had requested and paid for and had a receipt for two queen beds and I had asked if possible would like a handicap accessible room when we got here they told us that they did give us a handicap accessible room And we went down to the room and it was one king bed although the receipt said multiple beds well they consider a pullout bed as a bed. Well, my mother and I both are handicap. I can’t sweep on a bed pull out bed so anyway, I came back explained to the girl the problem. She said she didn’t book the Reservation And that all they had for accessible was taking back and I said that won’t work. She said she didn’t make the reservation and that if she switched my room, they were booked up and it was gonna cause her a big problem later down the road and quit yelling at her while I wasn’t yelling I was irate. I was upset. They finally gave us a two bedroom with two queen beds and the room was so small. My mother cannot get around with her walker. There’s no chair to sit down in it. It is completely unacceptable. We have no choicethen I open the fridge to put my insulin away and there’s a half eaten hamburger in order of fries in the refrigerator and I have a picture that which I will post so I would recommend if anyone is thinking about Wyndham or La Quinta you better think twice because this is not a business should be run and by the way we’re on a trip to Washington state this is the worst room we’ve had

Unfortunately, the bathroom was not well-maintained and could use more thorough cleaning.

Excellent breakfast with multiple hot/cold choices with different options each day. Jackie in the breakfast room was wonderful. Our room was clean and the nightly warm cookies were excellent. This property provides easy access to interstate and other main roads to get around Missoula easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. Our first room didn’t have a working bathroom light and they quickly switched us rooms. The breakfast provided in the morning was great for a hotel breakfast. beat out the one a couple days later at a Marriott. Pool had way too much chlorine, our eyes were burning and the water wasn’t filled up past the filter to process the water. It was quiet and had enough space for 3 of us :) I do think the cost to stay was too high but everything was priced high this weekend due to Summer and the Missoula Marathon.

Perfect for road trip stop and rest.

Reviews for this hotel mentioned cleanliness which is what I look for most of all in a hotel. Our room was clean, however, the tub was damaged in several places and should be replaced. The hallway was very dirty but that could be from the construction going on on the outside of the hotel. Staff however, were nice and courteous. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Hotel needs some inside renovations to go along with the outside renovations. I would not stay here again.

Great stay except shower was about as powerful as a turtleneck.

Outdated and pool was not clean Ok motel would not stay with this chain again as it’s not as clean as I would like

Staff were very friendly, but overcharged my credit card. They spoke with the manager the next day and got it fixed immediately, no issues! Construction going on so parking is as limited. Overall, good place for what they charge.

Everything was great

A great property with amazing proximity to the airport. Our check-in was pleasant, and we were able to get a spacious room opposite the highway. In the morning, it was a very easy drive to the airport.
