Nice, Clean, Safe, Quiet, Convenient Lodging and Very Comfortable Beds, Room, Restroom, Shower. It was all terrific. My only complaint is NO Free Breakfast.

We had a king room booked for my wife’s birthday and when we arrived they were overbooked. All they had left was a double queen room. When they found out it was my wife’s birthday, they sent us to their sister property (a 5 star) in an upgraded suite. The bed was so comfortable and the room so clean. These guys understand customer service.

Great location, beautiful lobby with live music on Saturday evening, good restaurant options in the hotel. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was firm and cheap feeling, the walls were thin and activity could be heard from outside the room and adjoining rooms. There was a large gap between the door and the floor to the point that we felt it was a privacy concern and covered it with a towel.

Beautiful room! Super comfortable and quiet, except when the heater turned on. We were in a corner room, and I don’t know if that made the difference, but the heater was really loud and made clicking sounds when it was on. We slept good, but it was louder than what it should be.
The shower was amazing and the water pressure!
Other than that it was wonderful. And we will be back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice with plenty of space and balcony had a nice view. Sink did not drain, soap was left in shower from previous visitors making me unsure how clean the rooms were. At 10am I had the cleaning knock on my door check out is 11am. They said they just wanted to know if we left yet. They were friendly but getting ready in the morning I would have preferred to have not been interrupted right after I got out of the shower.
