Stayed on the 17th floor. What a beautiful view of the snow capped mountain. Room was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted.

Grounds were beautiful. Front desk was great on arrival but terrible on check out. Bathroom floor was dirty. Shower was almost unusable due to inability to adjust the temperature. I pointed this out at checkout. Earl would not have liked this.

It was a cute hotel. Felt very homey. Was a little upset that there was noise. Not sure if it was the pipes. Called the front desk and was told to call again if it occured.
Vent from the bathroom didnt work. Qhoch was annoying. Had to leave bathroom door open. Felt like a sauna in there if i didnt.

I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a Garden unit which is a bit of a walk from the library. It was very quiet and it might have been nicer to stay in the Tower but it was worth it for the savings. Took a minute to figure out location and parking but the staff is excellent and they walked me to my room late at night--I never would have found it otherwise. Lobby of main hotel is beautiful, the Coffee Shop restaurant is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

I generally liked our stay. The shower didn’t drain at all when we first arrived so we called the front desk at 5pm, got ready without showers, left for dinner around 6 pm, and returned around 9:30pm to the shower still not working. We called again and it was fixed by 10:30 pm. It was extremely disappointing to not have the most basic of amenities and to have to ask twice for it to be fixed and to have to wait up to have it working.
