The rooms were beautiful in this hotel the view was great the staff was excellent polite and patient the only thing I disliked was that the shower wouldn’t drain and when opening the drapes I noticed lots of stains on them

I stayed here on Monday and had a great stay. However, check in today, Friday was really unpleasant. The woman who checked us in really set the mood of the check in, I felt unwelcome and the rest of the day has followed with the same not so great vibes.

This is the first time we’ve ever stayed in a Garden Room, we usually book The Tower. We won’t ever do this again. The road is SO LOUD, ALL NIGHT!! Everything else was awesome, just heard every single motor vehicle go by! I wish it was a bit more sound proof.
