Great value - we stayed in a garden room which was quite large but older part of property, so the water pressure/temp was somewhat inconsistent. good housekeeping but no "extra amenities such as cotton ball/qtip/makeup remover; no outside furniture for balcony/patio. beautiful lobby, extended hours for coffee shop and restaurant; hospitable staff; would definitely stay again. great value proposition.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and at a reasonable price. (I think they make it up on dining and other services). Our room was huge. Nice pool. The metro train is 1 block away and many of the locals stop were free. (The metro and buses were quite clean).
The laundry service is a bit misleading. It isn’t self-service. The staff does the cleaning at a hefty price. There is a nice laundry mat a few blocks southwest.

Air conditioner didn’t work well, but staff brought us a fan! They also gave us a lunch meal voucher to use at their wonderful restaurant! Overall, our experience turned out nicely! The staff was very kind!

Very nice hotel with reasonable room rates. Had a nice pool and spa and a very clean gym. Had an issue with the server at the Coffee Shop restaurant in the hotel but that was no fault of the hotel. She was just a terrible waitress. Other than that we had a nice stay.

This was a very nice hotel. It was easy to park the car and have access to it once parked. It was close to downtown and you can easily walk there too. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were large. The only issue with our room was that the AC wasn’t working well and it was extremely hot. We had maintenance come out and he changed the filter but it didn’t fix the issue. I wasn’t impressed with the restaurants. We had breakfast on site. It was pricey and very basic and mediocre. We also had dinner at the buffet. It was $45 per person and half of the food was dry, the Mac and cheese was flavorless. The chicken, steak, and salmon were good. The desserts were pretty bad. Definitely not worth the price. The pool was very nice and clean. We would stay here again.

Everything was great. The only downside was when I called to verify the room that would be the closest to the pool two days before the visit they said to stay in the tower. It was $50 more to stay there vs the garden but for the pool we were okay with that as we were going with little kids. At check in we were informed that the pool was closed until the next day and had been for several days. I don't know why I wasn't told this at time of call and was a little frustrating.

Great downtown salt lake location. Close to multiple restaurants and City Creek mall, LDS Temple. Easy free parking/ valet. Underground parking available. 2 clean pools, kid friendly.
Our only issue for being such a great hotel were the beds, mattresses were very hard, not comfortable.

This is my favorite hotel in Salt Lake City. You are treated like royalty when you pull up. The rooms make you feel like you are being pampered. They are spacious and clean with a charming elegance. They have 2 great pools and 2 great restaurants. And the lobby is even a fun place to relax in.
