As always, a great stay @ Little America! The Front Desk was accommodating in my room request. All of the services do a wonderful job, from housekeeping to maintenance. Their pool and hot tub area are my very favorite! Can’t be beat! There were some stains on the carpet and minor things that could’ve been cleaner but overall very nice. I do wish when the hotel was as empty as it was they wouldn’t charge so much for staying a couple of extra hours after check out time. When the hotel is more booked, it’s understandable, but it would be nice to be able to enjoy the amenities closer to when a flight is leaving without the added charge.

There is a lot of parking, the rooms are large and the hotel was very appealing in general appearance wise. The coffee shop breakfast was great and the shops were convenient. We stayed in the 7 building on the second floor and the bottom floor had a strange odor which was a little unsettling and a damp feeling.

Little America is in a convenient location and seems to be about 15 minutes or less from everything you might want to do in Salt Lake City. The room that my daughter and I stayed in could probably use a little updating in terms of decor and a bathroom remodel, but it was clean and comfortable. The excellent blackout shades worked well for a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning is very quiet.

the main hotel was amazingly beautiful and peaceful. it has the flare of the luxurious old 1900's style with super courteous bell staff, with a very kind knowledgeable receptionist Sarah.
The room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable, but just a little smaller than a queen size. Very clean, very warm colors, and lots of room to accommodate a nice family of 4.

Front desk kindly upgraded our room to the tower which is amazing. Grand America is palatial, but Little America is worlds above any other hotel in Salt Lake.

As far as the property goes, everytime we walked into the garden building, it smelled like a nursing home. My sheeta had some grease stains on them or something 🤔.
As far as Expedia goes: I put in "free breakfasr" & "free parking". This hotel does NOT offer free breakfast as advertised, but has 2 restaurants that charge $25/person minimum (which is crazy when none of us eat very much) & a coffee bar (that we don't drink).
There was NO free parking, which was also not disclosed beforehand. They charged $18/night.
All in all, Expedia needs to upgrade there info!
