This place is a great option for those looking to save some money. For what you pay, it's clean, safe, quiet, and easy to locate. The kind woman checking us in advised us that some rooms were quieter than others and that we may want one of those rooms because we had our child with us. We'd stay here again when visiting Kerville.

Love the location. Great diner within walking distance. Unfortunately the hotel needs some attention. Air conditioner rattled and made a lot of noise. No towels were in the bathroom and had to ask for some at front desk. The lights outside the hotel are very bright and stayed on all night. Even with the curtains closed, it felt like daytime while trying to sleep.

Definitely not the best hotel but ive seen worse. If you dont mind a little dirt, dust, bugs, thin walls, and almost zero amenities you will be fine. If not maybe look elsewhere.

Lots of contractors making a lot of noise outside at 5am, 2 days in a row .
Rooms were not cleaned well. Hairs and spills from previous visitors were present in abundance. Staff was not friendly. Beds were uncomfortable. Insufficient pillows and towels. We gave it a second chance and have now stayed here twice in last few years because of the price but We will never stay here again. Two times over 3 years and same results.

Have stayed a couple times. One visit was noisy. Our last stay, the pillows smelled bad and the bed has a jutting metal piece I hurt myself on many times (room 104)
