I want a pen in my room. Every other hotel does it, why not you?

The hotel was alright for the price. I feel with a little elbow grease and updating it could be very nice. The room had a bit of a stale smell when we came in. The bathtubs finish was wearing away. The refrigerator was not in working condition. There were very nice staff members who worked there. The pool is a nice size. They need to change the sign out front that says waterslide.

Advertised as having a pool with slide, which might not be a big deal to some but to a group with kids it was quite a disappointment. We wouldn’t have mentioned it if it was promoted as part of the property. Room and property overall are very tired, but it was a great deal for a one night stay. Just adjust your expectations accordingly and note not all the amenities listed are in fact available.

The pull out was atrocious there remedy was to cover it with extra blanket no way I was letting my daughter sleep on that the they offered me and my wife a room on a different floor and expected my teenage daughters to sleep alone by themselves really horrible experience

Property is dated. Breakfast was minimal with pancakes, bland eggs, sausages, bread and basic bagels. The lobby area has a distinct noticeable odor. The linens are thin.
We were out and busy each day we were there and made do with the hotel. If it had been a stay where we spent more time on property I would not have enjoyed the stay.

The stay was quite enjoyable, and they provided a hearty breakfast every morning. The only issue was that our shower was clogged and backed up, but they fixed it after I reported it.
