Property is so clean! Very well maintained

The room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful. But, I give a low rating because they don’t allow firearms on the premises and nowhere in the description or booking process does it let you know this vital information.I was not aware of their stance until after I had already arrived. If I had known this ahead of time I would have chosen a different location and will definitely choose a different location in the future.

It was a good stay. Stayed for several days and alll was good. They DO NOT have a free breakfast. They tell you to go to Dennys and they will take 10% off your meal. Other than that all was nice

Good location near everything.

The staff are very nice. Checking in and out was real easy. I would not stay here again the next time I come to NC because the property is more for extended stay renters not for someone staying a few days. I didn’t think that would make a difference. We had neighbors in the room next to us who are long term residents (we were only here for 2 nights), playing very loud music before 8am on our first morning. The second day they played music very loud at 2am. Whoever was above us had children running back and forth late at night. In my opinion and experience with traveling and staying in different hotels, people staying short term are respectful of others. Long term residents treat the hotel as their home and act more comfortable by not respecting or caring about others by behaving that way. And it wasn’t just the music playing at 2am. There were other things we didn’t like about the property. Trying to get a good night’s rest before our 10 hour drive home did not happen. You get what you pay for.

I stayed inroom 215, king suite with handicap access. The shower head was so short i had to duck my head 12" to be below th water. I am 6 foot tall and have never had an issue like that before. No streaming ability for the tv. Room is great other than that

Male manager very unpleasant, dirty room,bathroom and microwave. Noisy day and night!!!!!! Male manager unhelpful, you need to repalce him and housekeeping!!! Stayed for 2 days, I wouldnt refer a dog to stay here!!! This hotel needs to be shut down for massive repairs esp 2nd floor rooms reak of mold, mildew and roaches in the room.

I wanted to get a room for my daughter and her baby and when she got there, it was full of roaches. They changed her to another room in that room was full of roaches so we just got our money back. She went there when she was pregnant and everything looked good and it was clean, but it went downhill since then.

Very clean property!

It's been something both times. The 1st time our shower didn't work. We had to go next door to shower. This time the Air didn't work and even after changing rooms it was one thing after another. The staff is great and none of these things were their fault, except the razors and hair left in the second room. I digress. The Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel needs some upgrades tho.

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. We were very happy with having a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and pots and pans at our convenience if we wanted a meal in our room. We were Very impressed 👍 and we are looking forward to staying with you again?

One of the only places I would stay in Jacksonville. Staff was great and so was the room.

The receptionists are nice

Convenient, clean, comfortable our room was on the 2nd floor so we heard the people above us half the night and the elevator also. Staff was friendly and polite.

The sell beer at the counter quite nifty

Decided on last minute trip and found this room. Nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable.
