The location of the hotel was perfect close to everything to cheap eats to fancier restaurants free parking, beach was perfect staff was quiet not that we needed attention but you can definitely tell staff are annoyed with tourists they were nice but you can just tell 😂 they are still doing repairs around the hotel. I didn’t really hear any noise we stayed on the 8th floor. -we booked our excursion on the site with Tracey she was very friendly! Gave us some good tips to see turtles and we able 68 of them! Front desk staff were kind! I didn’t get any names but Check in was easy, the pool was fine we didn’t use it, the only cons were there are no free umbrellas for the beach was was odd since it is a beach front property but you can rent them on site. There is lots shade within the palm trees Our room was clean, the layout of our room was a bit weird there was a big lazy chair right in the middle between the corner of the bed and by the windows and couldn’t move the big chair anywhere since it was a small room and made it hard to get out and I ended up hurting myself right in the ankle while trying to get out it’s all swollen now 🥹 The bath tub fixtures need repairs they were hanging on by a thread 😂 and there is AC! Ot was a tiny room but it was great for just two people we were hardly in our room since we wanted to be out. overal out trip was fine! Grateful we got to relax. I hope to be back to stay in another room ❤️

The room we stayed in was cramped and small but honestly was good enough since Maui had more to offer outside the hotel and we spent very little time inside. The showered head had a bad leak and sprayed everywhere that was annoying. The thing we hated the most was how loud it was outside our room especially the cleaning ladies they didnt seem to have much respect for those sleeping at 8am. The Air conditioned bairly worked and the wifi password was too easy for anyone to access. For the price and what was offer i am not sure if id stay there again. However the people at the front desk were extremely nice and friendly and very helpful to anything we needed. If you are looking for a room with a quiet place and a view make sure you book the room that faces the beach the room without a balcony is right next to the walk way everyone walks and it seems no one cared to be quiet between 6am and 10am. Sleeping in on a vacation trip was not possible.

The Mana Kai was excellent. My wife and I stayed here for a week. It's in a very convenient location, very close to Kihei Foodland and other food options. It's also right beside Wailea which has The Shops at Wailea for shopping. The beach attached to the Mana Kai is beautiful and stretches very long along the coast. The beach towels can be exchanged every day and room service every 3 days unless you need it more frequently.The staff there are pretty amazing. Hats off to Sela, Paula and Austin for making our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay in Maui, Hawaii! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The front desk representative was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The location was perfect, and everything about the experience felt smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Maui!

Warm, friendly, and accommodating staff. Can't beat being a beach front. Hotel room option is very small but it met what it was intended to. In-room refrigerators are very small and only fits can beverages. Please, upgrade these to a larger refrigerators.

We have st stayed at this property before always a good spot to hang near the beach especially when the restaurant is open. It's been shut for a little while as they are renovating 5 Palms is the name I think and look forward to that reopening. In general a good place to stay and beach is usually pretty good always gets windy in the afternoon as does all of Mau, in all a good stay

The access to the beach close vicinity to the condo was excellent. Very happy.

The room was nice spacious and very convenient. It was overall an excellent experience!

Superbe hotel, chambre merveilleuse avec cuisine haut de gamme. Très propre. Avec vue paradisiaque sur la mer. Accès à la mer directement de l'hotel à 20 m. C'est l'hotel que j'ai préféré le +, mais très cher : + 1500 € les 5 nuits.

Great communication all the way. The management reached out to me a week prior to my arrival to find out my arrival time then explained their late check-in process. They actually have humans who will answer the phone if you do need to reach them as well. Great customer service. Very clean and beautiful property. Was like being in a dream. I was sad to leave but know where I'll return on the next visit! Mahalo!

Great relaxed spot at the head of a beautiful public beach. Stayed many times and always return.

Great ocean views, snorkeling offshore with turtles. Sunset was always amazing.
