I received excellent customer service from Jolly and Joseph from day one. They were very polite and helpful. My mom was admitted to Grand Strand Hospital which was 5 minutes away and I shared with them my experience of sleeping in a chair for the day and a half we were there in the ER. I looked absolutely out of it physically and emotionally. I had originally reserved 2 nights at the Grande Dunes as a quick getaway for myself but when my mom fell ill, it was convenient for me to help my sisters out with being at the hospital for the days she has been here. I asked Jolly if there was a room with a great view that overlooked the golf course and/or waterway. He spoke with the manager on duty Joseph, and they really went out of their way to make sure I had the best view available. My first time staying there was the greatest experience I’ve ever had staying at a resort/hotel. The wings and fries were perfect in the main floor bar, the property is clean and extremely quiet. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here whenever you’re in need of a place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

Good as usual, it is our preferred place to stay and usually goes very well. This time I booked a junior suite and was given a standard room. At the time I was there I did not have a copy of my reservation so thought it might have been my mistake, it was not. When I returned home I verified the reservations. We were moved because of an issue with the first room, but we were moved from a standard to another standard room. I will not make that mistake again.

The Marina Inn at Grande Dune was phenomenal! I stayed here on business, and they took remarkable care of everything. I lost my home in the LA Wildfires, and they even upgraded me to a suite. It was the first time it felt like home since losing my own.

The Marina Inn At Grande Dunes is a beautiful property with great views of the IntraCoastal Waterway and fabulous rooms. I especially enjoyed the in-room fireplace.
