Overall it’s an amazing property and a great location.
Didn’t like that we had to rent beach chairs/umbrella. Also didn’t have enough pool chairs or staff not monitoring who was simply saving chairs and not actively using them.

I loved everything about my trip. I stayed in the Kingfish building at the south end of the island. Perfect 3rd floor views of the harbor channel and the ocean. Our building had its own pool and bar and that was super!

We had a 10/10 experience at Marriott’s Ocean Pointe! This resort is incredibly family-friendly—everything from the amenities to the thoughtful activities made our stay unforgettable. During our Easter weekend, the Easter Bunny made a surprise appearance for the kids, and there was a DJ, fun water games, and prizes that kept them smiling all day long. Our 9-year-old daughter said it was her best Easter ever—and we couldn’t agree more! The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make families feel at home.If you an opportunity to visit don’t hesitate, it will be an experience of a lifetime!!

We used to stay here a lot in the early 2000s – after staying many other properties both in Florida and around the world, I would rate this probably toward the bottom. It’s just quite obvious that even though vacation ownership is meant to be something where the participants pay fees to keep the property up-to-date and upkeep it in this case this facility really has not been handled like that. Things like the small counters, shower, bed and furniture just really show their age of 15 to 20 years in my opinion.

Beautiful property, very clean with so many things to do! The main pool area was fun but we enjoyed our quiet end pool with Gregg the awesome bartender. He went above & beyond! Not only did he give great service, he was fun, personable & gave recommendations on things to do.

We stayed at the studio villas in Pompano. Overall, the suite was beautifully decorated. The parking is a bit frustrating after hours but the safety attendants were available to help with that. The property was impeccably clean and the service was overall great. Food was subpar but having a refrigerator and restaurants made up for that. Overall great property. Being a local, I would recommend!

The room is not a partial view of ocean. It was totally a view of the parking lot. SCAM! The hotel put us next to elevator where all the noise was!! Ripe off for that price!! Refused to correct or move us.
