Overall it was nice, clean, and had ice cold AC. The room was small and the shower was super small, but it still was nice. The grass area on the property is great and everything felt very low key there. I’d recommend trying to get a room around the courtyard though because the road or parking lot view drastically downgrades the experience.

From check in I was told that I had to pay for the resort fee and parking. Even though it was only $60 more, a heads up would have been nice. Next we checked in. Being us three standing at the check in counter we went to the room. As I went to shower I noticed that there were only two towels with one face towel. So I had to go back to the check in counter -because the phone didn’t work not even a dial tone- to ask for more towels and shampoo which he told me there was no extra shampoo after looking around his area for a few minutes -looking lost. Finally after asking them that this entire hotel doesn’t have one more complementary shampoo container he said he would have the housekeeping drop one off at the room. The room was moldy musty, the phone didn’t work, and the reviews were overrated. I will not stay here again.

Staff was awesome. So friendly and when we needed a new room they immediately upgraded us to a beach view one at no cost. Some great local spots nearby that we could easily walk to and that we got discounts on because of where we were staying. Our biggest issue was that our initial room had roaches. But they immediately moved us when we told them.

centrally located in kahalui. easy start to make trips across maui. I knew about your hotel for decades. I am a local from the mainland. The staff at the front desk were all exceeding helpful when I ran into a problem with a lost credit card delivery. I can talk to them in pidgin english and they treat me like a local and a friend. deepest gratitude to the people that helped me out at the front desk. Aloha and mahalo nui loa to all those caring people.
