The rooms are very old. The rooms need to be updated, not worth the money

Enjoyed our stay it was very clean and very nice people. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Wonderful hotel , with a bar, restaurant and pool. The staff is fantastically helpful and so sweet. The cost is the icing.

Bar seats and tables should be open 24/7 and not kick people out at midnight it’s worst sending them to the other side of hotel where there’s room and people sleeping…

Not enough people at the desk to check in. Had to wait way too long. Lots of people. A woman came out of the back and saw the line and walked off. No tv guide. Very annoying.

Hands down, worst place I’ve stayed. Found a very large hairball next to the bed. First night, no hot water, was barely warm the second day. Walls were peeling, bathtub didn’t drain.

The whole reason we got this Hotel is for the inside pool. IT IS SHUT DOWN DUE TO MAINTENANCE!!! Put it on your website! Lady that checked us in was rude. There where way too many options in town. It broke my Sons heart.

Always stay here when visiting TTU events. Breakfast was very good.

The pool closed at 8:00. This is ridiculous. It is common when traveling to come back to the hotel after dinner and enjoy the pool. The indoor heated pool was a main reason we chose the hotel, so when we arrived at 7:45 it was too late. The room was fine but the bed sank in the middle. We had a great experience recently at the Elegante in Abilene, but this was very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel just wasn’t for us.

Great stay! The hotel was simple but very clean and comfortable. It’s super close to Texas Tech, and the price was much cheaper than other nearby options. Perfect for a budget-friendly visit!

A mixed impression - beautiful lobby, supposedly nice restaurant (closed), friendly staff. A long dingy hallway with nothing to break it up - no art, no whatever might have made it seem more welcoming. Our room was comfortable, the heat unit not too noisy; no soap provided (there was an extra shampoo, perhaps they thought unit was body wash). The tub didn’t drain - very yuck as we stood in deepening shower water. I did mention it on checkout so hopefully it’s addressed. Big signs in the lobby for Starbucks coffee - yay! Small sign on the machine saying it was out of order :-(. Breakfast was very good - real eggs used in the precooked pan, omelette bar available ( didn’t use it, but high marks for having it). Other breakfast options were healthy and good. And as often in hotels, I don’t know why, using multiple small pillows instead of standard sized ones does not make for a comfortable sleep.

All was good overall I give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were really impressed at the outset when we arrived at around 1:30 PM and we’re able to go ahead and check in even though check-in time wasn’t until 4:00 PM. The room was comfortable and most of all clean it does seem, however that some of the furniture like the chair that set in the corner needs to be replaced for something more Martin it seemed dingy nevertheless, we were impressed with the breakfast each morning. The hotel did not skimp on this and, the staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant were pleasant, which made our stay a good one.

The staff here were really nice and helpful. Although I wasn’t suppose to check in until 4pm They let me check in early at 2pm since I traveled in from out of town which was a 6 hour drive. They even gave us some warm delicious cookies while we checked in. The King room was great! The softest bed and pillows I’ve ever had at any hotel I stayed at.
