Had to wait at front desk for about 2 minutes while the 4 front desk receptionists were finishing their conversation before I was helped. I was the only guest checking in. They were not helpful whatsoever

The property is fairly good but the spa and pool area needed cleaning. The garbage’s were overflowing and there was not a single towel to be located despite asking several times. We also requested batteries for our tv remote 4 times and finally had to go to the front desk . The staff is friendly but I believe understaffed.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the spa was very relaxing. However the staff were extremely rude and even the cleaning ladies would be banging on the walls in the morning cleaning and interrupting our sleep when we had another night at the hotel. As well as waking up our 1 year old son from being so loud. You’d think the staff would be a lot nicer as MGM is a very popular place.

U was unable to receive housekeeping for 2 days, waited on valet to bring my car for over an hour and the bathroom toilet bubbled randomly and woke me up out my sleep.
