Great hotel

Nice lady in the front desk Nice comfortable beds Elevators weren't working.

Whoever is responsible for the maintenance of this property really needs to catch up with the backlog. I am wondering if they have a maintenance responsible at all. During check-in we had to pilgrim through 5 rooms since each one have issues (burn out light bulb on the bathroom, non-functioning heather when the temperature was circa 32 degrees, etc), some even serious safety issues like broken smoke alarm detector or a burnt cable on the bathroom due to a short circuit. I am wondering when was the last fire marshal inspection on this property? The guy at the front desk was very combative whilst discussing our concerns with the issues on each of the rooms even trying to dismiss our concerns.

Check in was :( … we were given 1 room on 1st floor and 1 second floor with a ton of luggage. Elevator was down, we requested another room on first floor. Rooms are filthy bathrooms are filthy. All hvac and heat were turned off we turned it on. It’s January we asked for additional blankets from front desk and she kept just giving us one for 4 different beds. She kept stating she did not understand why we needed an additional blanket. We wound up with two. She said the rest were being washed??? Food is suspect at breakfast. Sign states breakfast 53-930, she told us 4-8am… hmmmm I would not only not recommend but recommend property clean floors they are filthy Wyndham resorts y’all can do better with your name on this hotel nooooo

Checking in was a breeze, Front Desk agent was friendly and very helpful. Place was clean and we felt safe.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Overall, the maintenance crew needs to do a better job. There was an old water leak on the bathroom running from the ceiling down to the middle of the wall, and it's been damaging its property for a while. I cannot believe they haven't noticed it before.

Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. From my previous review one week ago, they improved the restocking of coffee, waffle batter, and tacos during the complimentary breakfast. Overall, they need to improve the maintenance to the facilities. The elevator was not working, the room's bathroom's lights were not working as well as few lights on the room, the room's door has no dead bolt, there were a cockroach on the bathroom, there was a misalignment between the mattress and the boxspring leaving exposed metal parts that could hurt the guests.

Great location and good value for my money. Friednly staff. They need to improve restocking of coffee and waffle batter during peak breakfast hours. I can't tell if they offer anything besides waffles for breakfast as there were tiny bottles of sauce but nothing to pour it over.

Jenny’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest. Whether it was answering my questions or providing helpful recommendations, she handled everything with a smile. Employees like Jenny are what make staying at Microtel truly special. Highly recommend!

It was a very good stay at a great price, my only issue was the spund the AC made, I woke up in a panic because i thought it was the door. Other than that we slept well and were very cozy in a nice room
