床太软，房间不通风有味道

离机场较近，价格上有点优势。但是房间里有味道，床太软。

Rooms are decent. Beds are super comfy. No shelf in the shower to put shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Breakfast is quite minimal.

Accommodating for large parking

Room was 3 out of 5 comfortabke. No carpets, cold floors, pillows too soft. Location was good with shuttle provided. We booked and paid for on hotels.com. when we arrived the front desk clerk said we needed to pay. I showed him ny receipt and he said Insee yiu paid hotels.com but they have not paid us for your stay. We waited 30 min while he called people and he finally he gave us keys to the room. He did not take our credit card but I will be watching my card for this.

Lacked ammenities despite being the same price as nicer hotels in the area. We were told there would be a grab and go breakfast for travelers leaving before 6am however when we were leaving there was absolutely nothing. Manager on duty simply saide “no one got the stuff for it” they did not even offer us juice. Staff was loud

I love the continental breakfasts! The shuttle to the Airport! The rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. They also have a snack store mext to the front desk. Also, if yiu have a handicapped you can hang parking is free if not its 10 a day. Also checking out can be done over the phone 5 stars

The hotel itself was amazing but the check in clerk was not. They also had a small snack bag for people who had to checkout earlier than there breakfast start time, which I appreciateed. The clerk had such an attitude from the moment I stepped up to check in for the 1 night stay. Anyway, I have provided all the details of my experience to the microtel customer care department. Overall I will recommend this hotel.

The property has a great area for walking my black and tan, but be ready for bunny rabbits on those walks.

Room was very small

Stayed here to get sleep for an overnight layover at the Denver airport. Booked it since it was fairly inexpensive, the reviews were mostly fine, there was a free shuttle to and from, and a few eating options within walking distance.

Microtel has become my go-to place to stay when I'm flying out of Denver. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My only complaint, and it's a VERY minor one, is that it would have been nice to have a shelf or something in the shower to put the soap and shampoo.

I called two days prior to arrival and 3 hours before arrival and was told both times that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, 24/7. When I landed at 1am, I called and asked where to go. Within ten minutes I was in that spot. I waited and waited. After waiting at the stop for 45 minutes, I called the hotel again and was told it would be another hour. Note, that would have been almost two hours before they showed up. Since it was after 2am and I was pretty mad, I paid a taxi $50 to get me to the hotel. I booked this property specifically because of the price and the shuttle. The property itself seems taken care of well enough, and clean. But I am still - 18 hours later - hopping mad. Don't book here expecting a ride from the airport if you're arriving outside of their usual hours.

The front desk attendants were so welcoming and friendly. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and tidy, the bed and pillows were so comfy!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They told me about areas to visit and areas to go offroading in with our Jeep. The shuttle driver was informative about the area and very safe driver. If you order pizza while you are here, order Mondos pizza. The staff told me about it and it really is very good and unique.

Night manager was polite, front desk clerk in AM was rude and said they couldn’t restock food on breakfast buffet at 8:25, saying we were too late and it almost done. Supposed to be open till 9am. Kids were upset.
