I arrived at 3pm which was the check-in time on my reservation. I was told to come back and try again at 4pm because there were no rooms that were ready. Had been up traveling since 2am and just wanted to crash. So I was not happy.

It’s a good price but, the smell of smoke and weed in the building is terrible! There were some people who looked like homeless renting the hotel room. I had to ask the front desk to change my room it was filthy and i couldn’t spend the night there. Smoking should be forbidden!

Room & Beds were okay. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit run down but okay for price in that area. Towels were great big & fluffy. Phone in room did not seem to work & no smoke detector which I didn’t care about as I didn’t need either but just goes to show lack of attention.

Noticed some construction behind front desk.Room Dusty. Woke up coughing. Had to sleep with an N95 mask. Next day, noticed something move on the wall. 2 roaches. Shower and bathroom looked and smelled unclean. Fruit at breakfast was old. "Cleaning" the elevator at checkout. Had it stopped.

When I got there at 12:30 AM, the front girl desk called i assume the manager and said, it's up for maintenance. The manager must have told her to give it to me. I went to the room, she it was flooded. Went back and said I needed another room. She told me that was the only room. I called until I found another place close by with a room available, and had to uber to the other hotel. I hoped she'd offer me the shuttle to the new hotel, but she didn't.

I would not recommend this place unless they work on the property to improve it. The rooms were full of humidity and stinky of smoke even in the non smoking rooms. Our clothes smelled humidity. The staff was helpful but they need to do major work to improve the property. Microtel used to be clean and nice years ago but lately our 2 last experiences were disappointing.

When we first arrived we were given a room and once we scanned into the room it was very apparent a guest was still inside the room, clothes, towels, and belongings scattered around. We immediately left and went back to the desk and was re-assigned a new room that they had to check and see if anyone was in first. The room didn't have bedding on it and there were no towels. The front desk worker said the washing machine was broken and that there would be some in there later after she went to the laundromat, but after speaking to the cleaning later the next day she told us the machine was never broken and was confused on why that was said. Our next morning we went to breakfast and while grabbing our food we watched and listened to the front desk yell at a customer at the top of her lungs for over 10 minutes and then another older lady walked by whom the desk worker had yelled at to the point of the older woman being in tears. I've never seen this low quality of customer service, not to mention when leaving the front desk worker had mentioned someone accidentally put a second charge on my card and I was charged double for my room which she said would be refunded a few days later. The shower containers of shampoo conditioner and body wash were also 100% empty. I'm glad I brought my own products, towels, and bed sheets. Would not stay here again unfortunately

No staff on arrival, took 20 minutes to check in. The hallway and room had a foul smell and inside the room there were bugs, exposed wires, missing flooring, and holes in the wall. Would not recommend to anyone in the area. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit extra to book a nicer place.

We booked and paid for a room 5 days before arriving, called at 5pm to confirm reservation and to let them know our flight from ga would get it at 115am and that told us we were good since the room was paid for then we land call them for shuttle they send the shuttle driver to tell us that they gave our room away. Then told us we had to find our own room at another hotel which the 10 hotels we called were all booked. Then Don the shuttle driver found us a room (that was $200 more than the one we paidfor at Microtel) after an hour of looking at 2am. This is the worst place ever then they told us that they had another lady they had done the same way who was sleeping in the lobby after they gave her room away and couldnt find a room as well. They are trash. Except Don the shuttle driver.

We got in our room which was nice. It was after 12 midnight and the next room was blaring their music. We went to the front desk to ask them to be quiet. Nothing changed and the music got loader. Then after 12:30 went down again to complain and nothing was done by the staff. I will never stay here again.
